The Intel NUC 11 Essential Kit is an UCFF black mini PC barebone designed for PC/workstation barebones category. It is powered by a 10nm Intel Pentium N6005 processor with 4 cores, 4 threads, and a base clock speed of 2 GHz that can be turbo boosted up to 3.3 GHz. The processor is supported by 2 DDR4-SDRAM memory slots with a maximum capacity of 32 GB and can run at a clock speed of up to 2933 MHz.
This mini PC barebone supports SSD storage drive types and has a single M.2 card slot for storage, as well as a single M.2 card slot for wireless connections using the Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 9462 WLAN controller model. Connectivity is further extended with Ethernet LAN (RJ-45) ports, HDMI 2.0b and DisplayPort 1.4.
The NUC 11 Essential Kit also features Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) and Bluetooth 5.0 for easy wireless connectivity, active cooling for lower heat output, and a 65 W external AC adapter for power supply. The product is housed in a sleek black UCFF chassis made of metal and plastic and comes with a Kensington cable lock slot for added security.
